The restaurant at Case Gemmellaro Family & Friends works with traditional Sicilian cuisine, with an offering designed both for Sunday lunch, also open to outside guests, and for stays, events, and private celebrations at the foot of Mount Etna. The line remains consistent: dishes tied to the cuisine of the territory, attentive service, and care for the quality of the raw ingredients.

A distinctive part of the offering also comes through the herbs grown on the farm, which enter the dishes and speak of the strength of the lava lands and a passion for good food. The kitchen also pays attention to different dietary needs, with vegetarian and vegan options and proper preparation in handling the main food intolerances.
For those staying in the apartments, the service also extends to breakfast and, on request, to lunch and dinner served in the private spaces.
