In the heart of Mount Etna Park, Case Gemmellaro Family & Friends is also an herb farm: we produce zero-mile aromatic herbs that we use in our kitchen and distribute to businesses interested in local, genuine, and traceable products.

We grow sage, thyme, lemon thyme, oregano, marjoram, bay laurel, rosemary, and lavender ourselves, carefully selecting each production within a protected area, subject to precise rules for environmental safeguarding. This makes every harvest a concrete expression of the Etna landscape, of its botanical richness and its identity.

Our herbs enter the property’s gastronomic offering every day, enhancing a cuisine that brings together Sicilian tradition and a contemporary attention to taste. At the same time, our production is also intended for restaurants, hospitality businesses, and organizations looking for natural Etna herbs from a short supply chain.
